Payment for Sample Products

  1. Cost of Samples:
    • Sample products are available for a fee to allow you to evaluate the quality, fit, and customization options before placing a bulk order. The cost of samples will vary depending on the product type, customization level, and shipping destination.
  2. Payment Method:
    • Payments for sample products must be made in full upfront. We accept the following payment methods:
      • Credit/Debit Cards
      • Bank Transfers
      • Wire Transfers
      • PayPal (where applicable)
  3. Refunds on Samples:
    • Sample fees are non-refundable. However, if a bulk order is placed after receiving the samples, the sample cost may be credited towards your bulk order at our discretion.
  4. Shipping Fees:
    • Shipping fees for sample products are charged separately and will be calculated based on your location. We ship samples using reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Payment for Bulk Orders

  1. Payment Terms:
    • For bulk orders, we require a 50% deposit upfront to confirm your order and begin production.
    • The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping or upon completion of the order, depending on the agreed terms.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods:
    • We accept the following methods for bulk order payments:
      • Bank Transfers (Wire Transfer): Preferred method for international orders.
      • Credit/Debit Cards: Additional transaction fees may apply.
      • Letter of Credit (LC): Available for large-volume international orders, subject to approval.
  3. Invoices:
    • Once your bulk order is confirmed, we will issue an official invoice detailing the total cost, including any customization fees, shipping costs, and taxes (if applicable).
    • Payment should be made in the currency indicated on the invoice.
  4. Late Payments:
    • For delayed payments on outstanding balances, late fees may apply at a rate of 2% per month.
    • Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Refunds:
    • Bulk orders are generally non-refundable once production has started, as each order is custom-made to your specifications.
    • In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products, we will offer replacements or adjustments based on the situation.
  2. Order Cancellations:
    • If you wish to cancel a bulk order, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting administrative and design costs. Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

  1. Shipping:
    • Shipping costs for both sample and bulk orders are calculated separately and will be included in the final invoice.
    • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.
  2. Taxes:
    • Depending on your location, taxes such as VAT or GST may be applicable and will be included in the total invoice amount.
